No OCR text layer exists in the file.
Condition: Complete, legible, 300 dpi greyscale throughout. The 2018 PDF runs 212 pages against the identification form's stated 197 because release-administration sheets and duplicate file copies are bound in.
Rights: GREEN — 17 U.S.C. §105. Every document in the record was prepared by U.S. Government officers acting in official duties — JCS, the Joint Secretariat, OSD, OpNav and the DOD/JCS Representative on the Caribbean Survey Group — with the signature blocks read off the pages.
